3. You may be required to enter the phonetic spelling of your name and to speak your name. Please use a device with a working microphone. If you need assistance with the phonetic spelling, there are tools available online.

4. Individual photo for graduate slide. This should be a photo of only the graduate (no pets or family) wearing your cap & gown or professional business attire (no sunglasses). The photo should be recent and well-lit, taken straight on to the camera, without camera tip/angle (not buckled in your car), pose cropped to waist length or head and shoulders. Cap & gown encouraged. All images should be Hi Resolution JPEG. Max. 7 MB. Minimum size 499 x 627 px. No scanned or watermarked/copyrighted images, please.

5. This image is acceptable for the slide.

6. Tickets will be issued about 2 weeks prior to commencement. You must have a confirmed Regalia order to receive your tickets. Graduation regalia – cap, tassel and gown – must be purchased from Purdue Northwest’s Herff Jones website. The deadline to order your regalia is Thursday, April 16, 2026. Any late orders are not guaranteed ceremony participation or guest tickets.
